Okoboji Fall Conference Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Fees
Exhibit fees include two company representatives, all breaks, Tuesday Lunch (2) & the Tuesday Evening Meal (2), a 6 ft. skirted table and two chairs.
Please note that booth electricity IS NOT offered and booth space is limited at the Fall Conferences.
You must be a member of the Iowa Rural Water Association in order to exhibit at our Fall Conferences.
**Booth Space WILL be assigned by IRWA Staff based on receipt of application.**

Cancellation Policy
The IRWA Cancellation Policy is if written cancellation notice is received by August 16th for Okoboji, you will receive a full refund minus a $65 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for either conference after these dates.

Vendor PLINKO
Do you have promotional items to donate? Donate them to the Vendor PLINKO game. Each attendee receives a ticket to play, they get one chance to release the Plinko chip and win a prize. Donated items from exhibitors range from $100 gift cards to key chains. Bring your items to the IRWA Registration Desk on Monday afternoon and a staff person will place them in the game.

NRWPAC Rifle Raffle
Help support the National Rural Water Political Action Committee by purchasing your raffle tickets for a chance to win a rifle!

Tuesday Golf Tournament
4:00 PM
2-Man best shot golf tournament to be held at Brooks Golf Club (Okoboji).
Cost is $45.00 per person.
Must sign up by 10:30 AM Tuesday at the IRWA registration desk.

Tuesday Night Steak Fry
6:45 PM to 8:00 PM
Following the Tuesday sessions and golf tournament join us at Lake Okoboji Resort (Okoboji) for our Annual Steak Fry which is included with your paid full registration. Supper service closes at 8:00 PM.
